Pulley with integrated hydraulic
Torsion vibration damper
The new RS-HTS, introduced in Q4/2025, replaces our K05/K07 radial centrifugal clutches, which have proven themselves for decades. When disengaged, the RS-HTS establishes a permanent power connection – while still damping rotational irregularities, especially in the near-idle range. The result: smooth operation in an ultra-compact design.

Effective damping: Integrated hydraulic torsion vibration damper filters torque fluctuations and reliably prevents gear backlash noise in the compressor.

Ultra-compact: Pulleys are possible from an outer diameter of 80 mm – ideal for tight installation spaces.

Permanent power transmission: No disengagement at low speed – the torque transmission remains.

Lightweight & low inertia: Intelligent lightweight construction made of steel and aluminum – minimized inertia (rotatory and translational ) , fast start-up dynamics, low weight.

Simple service: Should increased noise levels occur after long operating times, simply replace 2 O-rings , 4 silicone dampers and some special oil with our affordable maintenance package – that's it.
